Please follow these steps to use M.E.L.:
Determine what browser you are using as well as the version of the browser.
From the browser's 'Help' menu, choose the last item labeled 'About [browser name]...'.
Macintosh users should go to the 'Apple' menu and select 'About [browser name]...'.
Follow the steps below for your browser:
Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x - Windows
